At Carponi we love coffee. There's nothing that comes close to the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans or the taste of that first espresso to start your day. One of the most important components to great coffee is quality beans that have been roasted recently - at Carponi we roast in sixty kilogram batches. You can't beat a bean that's freshly roasted and packed with the 'good oil' that we love.

Las Vegas

An alluring little number that has come about through many trials over the years. A light bean combo that has been roasted using the latest air bed technology. A post blended combination of Colombian, New Guinea, Kenyan, Indonesian and Guatemalan beans.

New York

A metropolitan medium air bed roast which is strong in flavour but with a silky finish. The beans are preblended and roasted all together. The impressive Maragojype (Guatemalan) beans are hand picked and conbined with Colombian, Kenyan and New Guinea beans.

Mother Italy

The true traditional Italian roast. Preblended Brazil, PNG and Indian beans are roasted using air bed technology and the result is dark and creamy, with an impressive crema. This coffee is for serious expresso lovers, approach with respect.
